it is so great that you allow your imagination to take you to those places. i envy you. what fun you must have. i haven't tried it but somehow i don't think i can do it. i will try it. i read a lot of historical romances but i just got a book on admiral nelson. when i read the psalms, that helps because i feel i am communicating with God. the Bible is a little difficult.

I bet that not only did that make you feel better. But it made her feel
good too. Because its not easy to do walking of dogs when you aren't
feeling your best.

So that was really a nice thing to do.

Donna:grouphug:

that was so nice of you to say

Bobby

I can relate to that. I have three dogs that love to go for walks.

And I know that Derrick will walk them.

But he loves to have company with the walks. Because we are supposed
to have only two dogs, so my husband is a sticklier about only taking
two at a time.

So if he takes one or two. then he will take the other one with one.

So he likes to at least have me go with him on one of those walks.

So we do that. But its so hard at times, when my back is bad.

But it feels much better to be two of us. He almost always thanks
me for going.

Its odd the dogs are all of ours.

Dear Bobby,

The is interesting that not being by yourself helped keep you from brooding. Maybe you can find ways to be around people more often.

that is great that you walk your dogs. my neighbor is a dog walker besides walking her dogs. i asked her if she wanted me to go with her because of her operation but i am so out of shape. the four blocks were easy but the six blocks were scary. i thought i was going to have a stroke. i broke out into a cold sweat and my head felt funny. I don't know if i am going to go walking with her again. she has healed enough.
bobby
can your back get any better?

Reading

I read the bible too, or inspiratioal things in small amounts, but I absorb the message.
I so hope you can have an adventure or some cool thing in reading. It is mind over matter. Last night "Fin" was caught in the port of Savannah, her name has been listed as a pirate! She and her crewmen are sneaking down to the water front avoiding the troops prowling around the city, dead of night, and she is trying to escape with several of her crew members on a tiny boat in the harbor.

Glad to hear to took a walk. don't over do it. You can start with just a small walk, and build up to the 6 blocks. No marathons, just easy stuff to start.

I am thinking about you today Bobby. I hope your depression lifts a bit, so you can enjoy the small moments of goodness there is in life. Take care. ginnie:hug:

I have to figure out what is causing the problems in my back first.

its more that heat is helping it. So hopefully it will continue to help.
Along with the massages.

Bobby,
You were brave to walk six blocks. Four blocks is a good distance for you perhaps.
Do you get some satisfaction in doing the crossword puzzles? I know that some people like to do them.

Somehow I feel better knowing that you go to the senior center even though I am not sure you enjoy it much. Am I right that you kind of force yourself to go there?

Take care.
