Dear Ginnie

Dear Ginnie,

Stay warm tonight.
I hope your plants are fine.
Rasins would be good for oatmeal. :D I stopped making it. Your posts make me think of buying more.

It has gotten really cold here. today it says it is 14 degrees. I can't get my alarm clock to work. tomorrow my appt is at 9 o clock. I hope idon't oversleep.

I know that I am dependent on my laxative...just as I am dependent on my bipolar meds. This has been a chronic issue for me so I am thrilled that I have become regular.
good luck with your doctors appointment. some phones have alarms on them.

Hi Mari

Hi Mari, it did get down to 40 last night, not as cold as expected on the coast near tampa bay. Plants were covered and are just fine. I woke up under the covers, head and all as the heat was not on last night. Needless to say this a.m. the heater is going. I also am heading to the kitcken for my bowl of oatmeal. I can't tell you how good this stuff is. Keeps my body working, and tastes great. that steal cut oatmeal is definately a comfort food in the cold weather. Have a good day Mari. Stay warm too. ginnie

dear bizi
i went to the doctor but somehow i didn't have a physical and will have one in 16 weeks. he said my diabetes was better from last test. i told him about the constipation and if he knew anything better than metamucil. He said miralax. so there you go. I ordered some. thank you. he didn't seem to worry about long term use

Can you get the generic it is half price.I think the generic cost about $18 dollars at walmart for a months supply one bottle. It takes a few days to kick in...I would take a laxative to get your self going...jsut my opinion...
so no gown? jsut plain clothes?

oh i am supposed to go back in six weeks for the rest of the physical and then a gown. i ordered it from my pharmacy and it will cost a bit more than fifteen dollars. I forgot how much the generic is at amazon. i hope it works. one of the guys at the table said it didn't help him. i am sorry i mentioned it to him. i hope the doctor doesn't try to push a colonoscopy next time. I am just so down. My medications aren't working. I got into bed at about two o clock yesterday afternoon and just started watching cnn. I have to make an eye appointment. last time he had trouble taking a reading from the back of my eye which scared me. I just seem to be scared of everything.

You will need something to get you going it takes a few days for the miralax to start and you can double dose it first, am and pm until you get results. I don't think you can take too much...it just bulks softens of course drink plenty of water thru out the day.
hoping that you are happy with the product.
Who is not too happy with my product right now...
sigh
