as i see it the need for sleep is

IMMINENT
URGENT
IMPORTANT
PRIORITARY
NECESSARY

those aren't in any particular order and i could prolly think of at least ten other words in similar direction to argue for sleeping, napping, or attempting to do one of those things asap and with your cpap.

i would go so far as to say, don't even do anything that puts going to sleep at risk. like, even brushing. serious. crash out FIRST and let go of everything else... take tomorrow as it comes, and don't think about it till then.

such is my (perhaps overly strongly expressed) opinion... :o

Hi,

I did lie down but I did not sleep. I got up and I went for a 10/15 minute walk. at the park. Then ate some food hubby made.

I might go out to the store for cash and gas.

. . . feeling really useless right now. . .. not capable of managing my self.

i am so glad you managed to sleep. 6 hours is not bad even with interruptions. they are most likely happen between sleep cycles anyway. i hope today went well for you and that you can rest again tonight.
