Mari

Please do make the call. Letting her know you are thinking of
her and their son.

The anniversary is going to be hard on them too.

Maybe this would help you all.

Hi Mari

Hi Mari, I do have something you may want to watch. Look up Virtual Choir. A conduction named Eric Whitacre put 2,000 voices from all over the world together. It was so beautiful my mouth dropped to my chin, my pain and depression went away. It took me out of myself, to a place where all of us are joined on earth in a spiritual way. Good stuff, ginnie

I definitely agree with all the others . His death so close to a holiday magnifies it I think and doesn't let it fade when the holiday comes up.
I don't think you have to say too much at all....just that you are thinking about them.
bobby so sorry that you are feeling so sad

Hi,

I think I ""napped" for an hour or two around 10:00 pm.

Then I got up and messed around.

Finally I went to bed for a half an hour and got back up because it is too frustrating lying in bed wondering when I will go to sleep.

What a mess I made of my sleep cycle. I was in bad shape all day Monday and Tuesday from lack of sleep.
On Tuesday I had a couple of near outbursts --- due to my "fake" energy that I pull out of myself to act like I am not near collapse from lack of sleep.

How will I function on Wednesday?
It's a big huge meeting day.

I am sorry it is so hard for you.

Hi Mari

So sorry your sleep isn't so good. that makes for a miserable day. Because I can't work, I don't worry if I can't go to sleep. What I do, is read till my eyes get so sleepy I drift off, not worring about what time. I also take an over the counter sleep aid now and then. It is the reading that does it. I know they say not to do this but it works for me every night. I hope you find something that works for you. do you work? take care ginnie

don't take the zinc at that high of dose with out taking copper with it. and read what waves said about the b vitamins in eye twitching thread.
bizi I wanted to post this here in case you did not make it back to that thread.

waves 03-14-2012 11:07 AM

what bizi said...

Yah, i second that, and then some:

do not take the zinc, and do not take the extra B6 for now.

perhaps you put mg meaning %, but we don't know that... assuming you posted accurately, the amounts are excessive.
we want to make sure you are safe.

my post is in the eye twitching thread (not majo's).

i hope you are able to get some rest.:hug::hug:

HI,
I walked in the door and walked to the bed and slept for about 3.5 hours.
