It was a weird session because I walked in the door saying I was not going to talk about this, this, and that. ---- basically I wanted a session but did not want to talk to her about anything.
She tried ways in . . . by gently suggesting that we could find ways to help me deal with them . . . . .so she could help me.
I blocked her. Told her no.
We talked about nothing but small talk type stuff of mine until I told her it was time to go and then I asked for an appointment two weeks later.
It was totally a weird session because normally I talk plenty --- cry, laugh, curse, talk, . . . This time no cursing. Nothing.
