Hi, Waves,

It feels like there is no one.
I cannot reveal the bipolar or the medication that makes it worse.

Hi, Bizi,

I tired to answer some but apparently my answers were not to satisfaction because I got some more.

Finally, I simply said, "I will see you Monday."

Thanks, Steve,

I have been feeling lost this whole weekend.
I was home inside the whole time --- usually I go out to run an errand or two or buy gas. Maybe I should have gone out.

I wish it were possible for you to seek help without being asked to justify it. I understand feeling unable to reach out. I am sorry.

Does going outside feel grounding to you? Hopefully, once you get out and about tomorrow, you will feel somewhat better. I do hope you can sleep tonight.:hug:

When I feel really down,I don't go anywhere either most of the time. I understand the feeling, and a false sense of guilt for not doing anything. Sometimes I cease all activity. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I am sorry that you felt lost this weekend.
Maybe you can listen to your favorite music for a while....
