I hate it when computers,and computer controlled devices mess up. I have a scanner that has to have it's firmware updated every week on the computer. If power is lost,the little chip corrupts,and you have to get another one. I have another one standing by. It's called a microSDHC Card. They are to small. I don't like them. BF

all i am doing is worrying. the guy from time warner came yesterday to change the cable box and i was worried he was going to screw up my phone. of course he didn't so all that anxiety was gone. my friend robert told me if i bought my own cable box which i just did for 64 dollars, it will save me six dollars a month for rental. i am going to have him show me how to install it so i won't feel so helpless and out of control. time warner won't support it. I am just worried about a million things.
today i go to the class again. i am looking forward to it although i feel like having another clonopin. i feel so jumpy just worrying about life. I think the thing with cecilia really triggered this all even though i was worried before. I hope the irs accepts the capitol losses but time will tell.

Hi Bobby. I know what you mean. I don't know why I worry like I do also. Worry is part of fear/phobia/panic. Fear is tormenting.

It may be a biochemical imbalance,and other things going on. I was a nervous wreck when I was in my late teens.

My mother was always worrying about something when I was a child.

I don't worry continually. I was peaceful yesterday afternoon,and by yesterday evening,I was not feeling well because of anxiety.

the rabbi was very nice and pleasant. he is in his early fifties probably and has a nice smile. he talked a lot about the conflict in the middle east and said the israelis weren't acting like Jews. He wanted decisiveness like Pincas in the parsha for the week.then my friend suri from israel called and we talked for an hour. she explained that it was a matter of honor and revenge among the palestinians and that they would kill their own children if they brough dishonor to the family. she said it was a different mentality.
today i am worrying about not getting my rental lease...they were supposed to send it by july first. I will wait a bit longer before i call them. a case worker from the new agency is coming this morning i think and i hope all goes well. i am worried about that too.

I hope the person from the new agency is helpful and puts you at ease.

Speaking of at ease, why not call the lease people. Most likely you'll be told it is just late and everything is fine... wouldn't that help you to feel better?
