WE had a lovely day. woke up to flowers and a beautiful card.
We were still full from dinner last night so I had a smoothie, went to see the james brown movie and then went to brewskis for drinks and dinner. Bar food. quisidillas and fries. angry orchard cider and shots of cinnmon , yummy. jeff has a practice for his band: rio luminoso. I hope he makes it thru the practice, he had alot to drink.

anyway. 18 years and going strong.

What kind of tooth paste do you use?
 

The james brown movie was good.
waking up sluggish the past few nights. was getting up before the alarm, now hitting snooze for half an hour then forcing myself out of bed. I guess what goes up must come down.
smoothie this morning and half a cup of coffee because that was all we had left. bought some organic coffee because I read that conventional coffee has been highly processed and subjected to many chemicals. It tastes fine hubby said. I bought some indian toothpaste because I heard that my crest complete had phosphates in it. I did not like my new tooth paste it tasted like licorish. I had my teeth cleaned and asked my hygienist about tooth paste and they all agreed that they recommend crest. So I am back to crest with floride. what kind of tooth paste do you use?

I use Biotein or Toms of Maine --switch back and forth.

I am not comfortable with my ability to choose toothpaste.

Bizi,

I used Crest for years... it was the one I preferred when I was over there. I can't get it here. Here I use Colgate Total. Lately I've been experimenting with whitening toothpastes. Can't say I'm much impressed. From time to time only, I brush with baking soda alone or dip my paste in it -- kind of a deep cleaning.

I just read the last post about the Colgate Total. I haven't read previous posts yet, but others might want to know about this as well.
There's been so much in our news here lately about the ingredient Triclosan.
I'm not sure how many other toothpastes it's in. I had used it from time to time depending on what was on special, but I stopped using it because of all the warnings.
Just letting you know. You might want to search about it.

Oh, I just read a local news article and they said that the only toothpaste sold in Australia that contains Triclosan is Colgate Total.
