My weight went up so fast drinking again.
bloated and uncomfortable. I had a black out the other night. Could not sleep last night until 4 am......This is crazy! June starts tomorrow. I put the rest in the bin in the bottom of the refridgerator, I should just throw it out....jeesh! I really think when I saw the scale go to 139.5 It really excited me. If that makes any sense...(maybe I used it as a reward???) I don't know. anyway I will have a dry June. when I look at the numbers it is more and more clear to me that I can't be a moderate drinker. I can't have just 2 unfortunately. I am a problem drinker, I binge...5 or more in one setting. That is me. But drinking won't define me. I will become a runner. bizi
