Default

the sugary/honey glazes will burn before the meat gets done.
The recipe should have said to brush glaze on about halfway through baking time??
or turn down oven temperature??
My old oven used to run 25 degrees hotter than the actual temp that I set it at- so that might be what happened too.

I know for glazes on ham you apply towards the end of cooking time.
