I forgot about th tin taste with the lunesta, sorry about the teeth grinding/clenching....that is a deal breaker.

It is her job to deal with issues like this. She is a pdoc, and I'm sure she faces far worse challenges on a daily basis.

Some people are just more sensitive to drugs and their side effects, and they can't help that. You are working hard to get better. I'm sure that she sees you are motivated to do so, and that can only help matters.

To your knowledge what sleep meds are out there that you haven't tried, or have tried in the past and are worth a second look?
If your pdoc is creative she may have a trick or two up her sleeve that's off-label as well…

I slept fine without the Lunesta.

I pray that that continues to be the case.

I would have slept longer but the thunder and rain woke me up.

Ritalin taken in the morning.
 

I took a third of the ritalin pill because the pill cutter did not get it into an
even half.


I felt crappy but maybe because the sleep the night before was not enough.
The combination of not enough sleep and the ritalin may have
contributed to my bad mood for the most of the day.

I am still up instead of being of being in bed because I am waiting for the good mood
to show up before I can go to bed.

I told you i had a reallly bad exerience with ritalin and couldn't wait to get it out of my system. lunesta did nothing

opera tickets for May
 

I am taking Ritalin some days--- a small dose.
It makes me feel like not eating --- I forgot that it can do that.
I am not sleeping again, so I will take it today in order to be alert and safe on the road.

Hubby and I are both home and both awake at the same time.
With his credit card (and his help) I bought two tickets for Verdi's "A Masked Ball" in the upper orchestra.
The opera is in May.
'So happy to go and so happy to get it taken care of.
We saw the Pearl Fishers two years ago and both of us enjoyed it.
