side effects

Thirty-plus hours after last taking the Wellbutrin, my stomach is still weak/sore.

The resperdal also caused stomach upset. So did the ritalin.

I sent pdoc an email tonight and will see her on Thursday.
I told her I would take my night meds that I usually take plus the
gabapentin we increased to 300 two weeks ago.

Mari

I'm so sorry this is all happening to you. I really appreciate the comments you have been making about wellbutrin. I never realized all the side effects this drug has. I really wish I had known this when they put my son on it almost 20 years ago. Because he couldn't tell me about it.

He just never told me how the meds made him feel. I really wish we hadn't switched the Prozac for him to wellbutrin. But alas its to late to be sorry now.

Meds effect different people in different ways Donna. Have you talked to him about having an open dialogue about side effects now?

I am still on the board sometimes reading. Posting is hard. I wish you all well.

I told pdoc today that I am more anxious than depressed and that I need things that I can get in tiny doses. . .
. . . She finally has mostly figured
out that I am sensitve.

She has offered lots of meds. I pray that she and I figure something out.

I think the best time to document acute symptoms is usually right after they subside when you're no longer in acute distress, but can remember them clearly. Sometimes doing that is helpful in distinguishing exactly what's going because we otherwise want to forget those awful experiences.

Anxiety increases with depression, so you maybe getting hit two-fold even though you're mainly experiencing the symptoms of the anxiety right now. But obviously that's where you need the relief the most :hug::hug:

I know that your pdoc has offered lots of meds. I hope that with your input, she can narrow it down to one or two plans so that she's not muddying the waters and you can decide on an option you like and get started on feeling better :hug::hug:
