We had a great time tonight at the first mardi gras parade. Went to some friends house and had brats then walked to the parade spot and were able to get on the baracade for a good spot to catch beads. The parade had marching bands and over 20 floats. We caught a lot of beads. it lasted over an hour. so that was great!

A healthy brunch today:
3 scrambled eggs with fresh spinach. A side of black bean salsa heated up to put on the eggs with some hot sauce and a side of steamed brocolli.

My best friend spent the night last night, her soon to be ex was moving out and his parents were there. We all went to the party last night then the parade and sat at their house afterward and visited then came back home, little bit of tv in bed by midnight.
Got up late and went to our favorite place for brunch: "Hub city diner".
I can't wait for nicole to be done with this divorce. There is a 10 year old girl involved so she will have to have an on-going interaction with him from here on out. The courts granted 50/50 custody. Nicole has a new job thank goodness! starting in a week. What a blessing! They have to sell the house. She can't wait to move on with her life.

I'm not doing well either. Corey has been pushing for heartier dinners. I'm pretty sure he wants off the diet because he says I've been starving him lol.

My weight was up before the decadent chocolate cake I had for dessert Saturday. I don't dare weigh myself for a couple of days.

i almost broke down and bought some half and half. having black coffee when i used to drink creamer big time must have some effect. Yesterday i had some steak and eggs.I haven't been able to get below 220. On saturday I had dinner with my friend and had nachos cheese and enchiladas and a couple of sangrias.
I did have chinese food and two big cupcakes.

I think I've fallen off the diet wagon :o
