yesterday i had a slice of yummy pizza and a big cupcake but didn't gain any weight.

I cooked a pot of boiled shrimp and potatoes and corn. very good...jeff said.

The simple dinner I made last night was a loser. I'm going to blame it on not feeling well... lol. The pork chops turned out dry, and I didn't cook the spinach long enough. My husband said, "you have to **** up some time." I guess that was a backhanded compliment.

I'm 149lbs. So I'm still under 150, barely, because I gained 2 pounds back. I'm still eating too much chocolate.

Well I blew my diet yesterday.
2 hamburger patties with smothered onions and mushrooms and pepper jack cheese with out the bun and a side of salad. Had dark beers. and a piece of chantilly cake.!
It was delicious!
I will back on schedule to day.
Maybe, am going to a pot luck out of town with a girl friend of mine. she comes to pick me up in45 minutes, need to get going. It is the saturday before mardi gras and this party is basically open for anyone who wants to come. live music fun!

i have been off the diet for the past two days. my appetite is feriocious. I also had chocolate covered almonds and rye bread and two pastries yesterday morning and four cans of progresso soup..maybe it was three cans. then i didn't follow my modus operandi and spent fifty dollars on a three piece light lime eileen fisher rayon outfit. I bid for it at the very last moment. I don't have anything dressy to wear. I only have pants. I am going to a party this afternoon. I would have worn it to the party. I still can't believe i did it. ten dollars here and there doesn't bother me much but this does. I haven't seen anything like this. Oh dear. back to lower doses of antidepressants. this afternoon I might drink. it is a buffet and drinks.rats. am i out of control or did i need one outfit since I had none. The pants I can also wear as pjs with a tee shirt since I don't have any night wear.

I have a lime green 2 piece outfit that is rayon as well. not very comfortable though.
