I love chicken and sausage gumbo, but the last time I had it out it was lousy.
I didn't lose much weight at all (0.2 lbs) but I was happy when I got on the scale today and it said I weighed 148.8 vs. 149 pounds. It's the little things lol :) |

I understand completely. My numbers went back up today because of all of the vino.:( The marvin gaye tribute was fun. We both enjoyed it. Need to do paperwork today and get started on my taxes. need to get stamps so I can send bills. charting is behind and need to do the check book. So I am behind in all areas of my life. It is overwhelming to me. Will try to be disciplined today. It is gloomy outside so that is good. Did not sleep that well, was awake at 3;30am still and took an extra 1mg of klonipin to get to sleep. It worked for a total of 6 hours of sleep. I will take it. check book billing charting taxes right now coffee is the priority.... then dressed to go get food...am really going to watch my carbs today.... have a good day yall! bizi |

gasoline, big tub of spinach greens, (am going to start making smoothies). intake accounts receivables posted, made deposit, did check book Got supplies filled for this week. Productive 2 hours. next billing, filing and charting. wish me luck! bizi |
i was good until four/ coffee steak and vegetables. then cecilia offered me tiramisu and afterwards i got a big cupcake. i slept five hours

Got everything done except for charting. I am about a month behind.
jeff cooked dinner tonight. stir fry chicken and spinach sauce with chunks of white cheese. an indian simmering sauce, forget what it is called. It was delicious! Cauliflower with cheese. All low carb. I have a mammo and bone density test coming up. For some reason for the past 4 years since I fell and broke my collar bone, then they determined that I was borderline osteopenia. Remember when I was hypomanic and obsessing about dieting and losing weight and was down to 122 pounds? rapid weight loss can contribute to bone loss. Anyway that is when they checked my vit d status and was discovered that I was low. So I started taking vit d 5,000 units a day and 500mg a day of calcium. But I don't drink milk. so for the past 4 years I have not been taking the recommended alotment of calcium. Also I was taking magnesium oxide for constipation which is not the correct form needed for calcium absorption. so should have been taking magnesium with it. I have not. The calcium magnesium needs to be in a 2:1 ratio. 500mg/250mg My new doctor said to wait to take the supplemental mag until I have the bone density test done. And see the results and go from there. I bet it will be fine as I have gained weight and heavier people don't have as much risk for osteoporosis because of their extra weight. I am losing weight slowly now...snail pace so that should not be an issue. bizi I told you my hot flashes were gone thank goodness. but my period returned yesterday, had been 4 months with out. I thought I was done with that. oh joy.... not! bizi |
The cat woke me up.
Some how the door must have been ajar. It is way to early to be up. my alarm is set for 7am I think...i had better check that. I went to sleep at midnight. 4 hours is not enough for me. Need to get back to bed. |
i lost weight again even with the tiramisu and big cupcake. I nhave to turn down the next tiramisu
