I always wear shoes at the doctors' offices as well because it would take me a long time for me to take them off. I don't worry about it because I never like the numbers on those scales and try to ignore them.

I have foot drop, so wearing shoes is harder for me because they add weight. I don't wear braces because I have it on both sides.

i finally lost a pound. i don;t know if it is real.

My sister and her husband went to Hawaii today for a week. My nephew Ben
gives them a trip the week of his spring break. He spends most of the year
in Alaska.

i got on the scale fearful. I ate a whole cake on saturday and plan to get one on tuesday and have gotten cupcake with alicia on thursday and muffin on monday with marcia on monday. I have going to the senior center. I have been eating weight watchers and lean cucine andtea and sugar. doesn't make sense. I lost two pounds. I just ordered a lot of splenda from walmarts

I eat a whole bunch of crap and either don't gain weight or lose a little bit sometimes, too. I know, it doesn't make sense!

I wish it worked that way all the time!!!
