I was snacky at 4:30 so I ate a handful of smoked almonds.
At 6;30 was snacky again so ate 2 pieces of cheese.
Then talked to jeff, he doesn't want to eat the pork chops when he gets home so to eat with out him.
So I ate the left over chicken shwarma from lunch. It was very good.
I stayed home, did not stop by fat pats like I thought I would.
So decided to just drink one beer here(240 calories). So I diluted it to make a tall glass to last longer. It still tastes good, jeff would really put his nose up at it since I diluted it.
oh well.
What ever works to rein in my drinking.:o

Scary weigh-in to see how much weight I have gained.
Yikes!

Talking about diets, I've been on one for months. I have lost 30 pounds. I had a big meal on Thursday evening though. I'm back on the diet again now. One big meal isn't going to change my weight very much. BF:hug::hug::hug:

That's wonderful BF! 30lbs is a big achievement! Especially since you are on Seroquel! :)

One big meal won't derail you. It may even help you lose more weight if you have plateaued a bit.

OhKay 08-02-2017 08:06 AM

Eating raw veg, or steamed veg, with seasonings and a small amount of low calorie oil is good when you are dieting. Sauteed or baked lean meat or fish prepared in the same way is good, too. That is how I lost a lot of my Seroquel weight (but with a lot of other restrictions as well). It is hard tho.

It sounds like you have been able to reign in the alcohol a bit... great job there, Bizi :):):)

I know you don't like being alone, so I'm glad that Jeff is back :)

Thanks Kay!

Well I weighed myself...not as bad as I thought:
173.4 and I have not gone to the bathroom...:o.
Maybe I am a little dehydrated, did not drink that much water yesterday.
Must drink more.

A good day.

Except for the chocolate coffee beans. I can't stand coffee for some reason.

Somehow my Nurse Practitioner, and I got on the subject of bread. I told her that I can't remember the last time I had bread with anything. She said that's why you have lost weight.

Does it have to do with bakers yeast?

I did have some bread two days ago because I ate a ham burger, and a cheese burger. BF:hug::hug::hug:
