I am with you. I am going to lookup green tea. I have been drinking a lot of it. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I am reading a regency book and there is a lot about brussels. I never went to brussels. rats. I wish I had.I just looked at pictures on the internet. spectacular. I wonder if the topamax is interfering with my spelling along with my stroke.

Green Tea Can Help You Lose Fat, Especially The Harmful Abdominal Fat. When it comes to actual pounds losts, the effects of green tea are relatively modest. Although there are numerous studies showing that people do in fact lose weight, there are also some studies showing no effect.

I've heard that Topamax can effect cognition, but I've been on it for years and never noticed any difference when I started it.

I know you've traveled a lot. I'm jealous! The only trips I've taken out of the states were to Bermuda and Canada.

mymorgy 05-15-2017 05:31 AM

I have never been to canada. I thought bermuda was so quaint. I was afraid of the motor bikes. My friend talked me into going on one. Once I was on it was high speed from there on. I forgot where did you go on your honeymoon?

mymorgy 05-15-2017 05:39 AM

after all those cakes and cupcakes I only gained two pounds. yeah. On senior week which coincides with my birthday they will have dessert every day. I can't figure out if Alicia is getting me a big cupcake every week now. I don't know what the word no means. I don't think I will buy any more red velvet cakes. three were enough hopefully. Pudge is getting groomed this morning. I am nervous as usual. My mood is sliding a little. I bought more yesterday. A chinese round stool for my bedside instead of having my phone on the floor and a bright coat with a hood because I liked it and it was 1/4 of the price. It is scary when I buy something because I just like it and the price is great. I passed up a pair of shoes I really liked. some control and a pair of pants-more control

We eloped to Las Vegas and spent 10 days there, so that was our honeymoon :)

When is your birthday Bobby?

mymorgy 05-15-2017 07:26 AM

how romantic! My birthday is may 23. I can't believe how close it is. My best friend alice is taking me out to my favorite restaurant-a tex mex place. One of my oldest friends invited me for an opera afternoon at the met .she got free tickets. I can't do the walking. I am bidding on some incense burners and bought some incense.

I am so glad that the links came out....
I started watching what I am eating today.
Went out to lunch with a friend, met at sandras and ate half of my very full plate lunch.
Chicken shwarma, grecian sauce, lentil rice, tabouli.(I should of picked some up for jeff who returns tonight!)
Tonight I see myself having 20 ounces of beer about 275 calories, not horrible.
Then will cook up pork chops in coconut oil and some veggies for us tonight when he gets home...he doesn't know when that will be. He is driving back from New Orleans where he flew out of for his quick trip to colorado.
If I can stick to my plan it should be a good day.
I pulled out many things to cook and eat this week so we avoid going out to eat. We spend a lot of money going out to eat and drink.
Really need to reel it in.
I am afraid to get on the scale, but I really should because it will take alot of pounds off before I will feel comfortable in my scrubs.
sigh
I am trying that is all I can do.
It will take a long time to lose this weight.

I am going to try to eat less protein and more veggies and use the chart above.:)
The Beet Juicing place also sells a chicken, black bean, quinao burrito with a cheese/ sauce on top. I have had it before and it is so very tasty and filling.
I will call my order in the morning so they can heat it up for me, maybe see if a friend would like to eat one too. It takes a while to heat up as it is cold in the refridgerator.
I will be talking constantly about food...as this is a diet thread.
So read if you wish and join in if you like!
