Dear BF, Yeast and bread are fine for most people.:):):) My sister's husband cuts out bread when he wants to lose weight because it is the easiest thing to cut -- not because bread has hugely important properties. (I know this because I used to make yeast bread and it can be good for some people.) If they do not cut out bread, they can reduce the amounts of it and/or reduce the amount of something else. You are doing very well. Stick to your own plan. A person loses weight by eating LESS. The type of food does not matter. I have a problem with coffee also. I drink some rarely, when I've had to get up before Sunrise.
I am eating less dessert. I'm eating lean cuisine, and almonds. Almonds can be expensive. Then I have three cookies. I eat a couple of slices of meat, and some cheese during today. Not to much. I've been snacking a little here, and there. I eat crackers. If I eat like a regular person, I would gain all kinds of weight. BF:hug::hug::hug: |
meat, cheese and almonds!
and some carbs, balance and not depriving our selves sounds great to me! congratulations again!:) bizi:hug: |

Bloating is going down. Happy this morning.:) bizi |
It seems like the Almonds have a laxative affect, and keeps me regular. That is really helping me to not gain weight me believe. I'm not sure, but I think it's the almonds. I've eaten lots of them. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't the almonds too.
I've been eating honey roasted nuts, and I love cashews but I don't buy often. But I eat moderately. I am also eating lots of fiber cereals, bagels with peanut butter and jelly, or cream cheese. I love aunt Millie's potato bread, and try to eat mostly that. I have been on a peanut butter kick and banana's. Have to get more bananas to keep eating that. I love lean cuisine meals, especially the lasagna,. Donna :grouphug: |
Had a delicious seafood salad at Pats last night.
crab, boiled shrimp and crawfish and tomatoes with ranch dressing. ate late because I was there late and did not order till late. then came home on the interstate. Which had stop and go traffic because they are working on the hwy. Sigh so I did not get home until 9:30pm I am glad that I ate there. But I will ensure that we order my salad ealier next time. My next appointment is late again...sigh I will try to get there earlier to avoild the lane closure next month. May or may not work out. When I came home I had one beer. And it was good. I know my bipolar is much better since I am able to cut it off after one beer. :) 171.7...so fluctuation.....which is to be expected! I should not weigh myself every day. But want to keep track and here is the easiest place...Forgive me if this is annoying to you. Now I must get ready for work. bizi Have a good day Yall! |
