Good job Bobby and Bizi
 Donna, the last thing you should do is weigh yourself on your doctor's scale! Ouch that hurts every time I do it! Can someone else in the family weigh themselves on the scale to test its accuracy before you buy a new one? Sometimes people plateau when losing weight, and I read that having a binge meal is a good thing. I'm sorry that the lasagna disagreed with you. 7pm is early. You must have really been feeling bad Since stopping the Advil, starting to drink more water, and going to the BR a few times, I'm down from 160 to 153.6lbs. It was mostly the water retention from taking the lithium and Advil together. I knew better, but did it anyway. |
