3 eggs scrambled
1/2 cup sauteed onions 1 cup fresh spinach 1/2 cup of black beans 1 cup of steamed broccoli 27 net carbs, 15 grams of fiber. Limit my carbs to less than 60 and Trying to shoot for at least 20 grams of fiber a day. 25 grams is ideal. bizi |

cauliflower and cheese half an avocado hand full of almonds total of 72 carbs for the day. a bit over 60 but I will take it. I have heard that you can lose weight below 100 carbs it is just slower that way. I did get 23 grams of fiber so am happy about that. bizi |

I am going to try to not count carbs today...too obsessing.
I know what to avoid. but like today it would be hard to try to figure out the carb content of the crock pot dish that I just put on. pork roast onions and peppers cabbage butternut squash carrots cream of mushroom soup It will cook all day then we will have lots to eat. All healthy. Will add sour cream when served. one pot meal. I have never done this with cabbage. hope it turns out ok. bizi |

coffee with half and half=2 lunch: chicken, green beans , lentil rice, yogurt sauce=28carbs dinner: hamburger,veggies(mixed broccoli, carrots, peppers onions)1/2 avocado, hot sauce, one ounce of cheese=15 carbs, 1 chocolate truffle=5 total carbs for today = 50. bizi |

165.7...over endulged wednesday night at whole foods steak night.
Baked potato with extra butter and sour cream. Chunky garlic bread. Oh so many carbs and oh so much joy! I have left over steak to eat, perhaps for dinner tonight. Tonight is at whole foods again for trivia. I also have some left over pork to eat, I could have that for lunch. I could eat the protein then go to sandras for veggies. Not sure what I am going to do but I need to eat these left overs. bizi last night: forced myself to shower...almost screamed to get in the f**king shower. exfolisted dead skin cells on my chest and neck using my finger nails. some times pain feels good. I was looking like a red neck for quite a while. It had been almost 2 weeks that I had showered, 5 days since a shampoo at the beauty school after my color. I discovered a raw hole at my butt crack...probably from not showering. TMI? sorry sigh bizi |
