Weird as it sounds I bought an cottage cheese that seemed to be
whipped once. To me it wasn't to good. It was a different brand
than my usual on sale. I just thought maybe not as good or spoiled.

My husband likes cottage cheese to so I told him to eat the rest if
it tasted okay to him. He didn't mind it. Seemed to like it.

So I would say its according to your taste.

Feeling anxious!

3 cups of coffee with half and half and stevia.
lunch:
tuna steak for lunch with chard, collards, cabbage smothered with chicken sausage.
one oz of smoked almonds
Dinner:
12 oz strip steak
salad(greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, zuchinni, red onions, ceasar dressing.)

I am very anxious tonight:restless legs, can't sit still yet am falling asleep at the computer.
Will go to bed earlier tonight. Am tired, up early this morning. Have been seeing clients earlier.
I hope I can sleep tonight, not used to this anxiety. can't wait to take my klonipin.
ugh!

Bizi, your latest meal looks (as usual) great to me :).

I agree with you about not weighing yourself every day - it is completely normal for weight to vary by 1 kg/2 lb on a daily basis.

bizi 02-08-2017 11:26 PM

I stopped making "low carb" recipes because they had a lot of calories in them.
I know that I must restrict my caloric intake as well as my carb intake....I am just unwilling to count calories....I am pretty good at knowing roughly carbs of foods that I eat. and can easily look them up.
We cook in coconut oil, not even sure how much.
trying to count calories is too hard.

I know that I should not weigh every day....but it is satisfying to watch the scale go back down in tiny increments.
I have been at 163 give or take a pound for a couple of weeks.

I think you may need a cheat day...
I know I said I wasn't going to weigh myself after having that 600 calorie chocolate chip muffin + Chinese food on Tuesday, but I just weighed myself and I dropped 1/2lb since then. I'm down to 149lb, a total of 9 *whole* pounds since January 14th.

Are you watching your sodium?
Still staying well hydrated?

Eating more raw vegetables vs. cooked with little/no dressing is something that I think has helped me.

congratulations

Kay down in the 140's!!!!!!! you are doing great!
I weighed 155.5 on 12-9, I weighed 169 on 1-4 which means I had gained 14 pounds in a month. That is terrible! I have finally lost 8 pounds as of this morning 161.2. slowly coming off. I am hoping that I am in the 150's by march.

Had a big steak with a salad last night for dinner at whole foods, drank water, proud of myself.

You both are doing so well. I'm not doing bad but would like to
get down some more too. I'm around 193 to 195. But that is down
more than I've thought I'd before a while. I'm wanting to get to 180.
THen even further down.
