Bizi, the Optimism Online thing sounds really great. I wish I had the energy to invest into something like that. I bet that your pdoc and tdoc would really like that you've decided to use the tools there

Yeah, at the very least another 1/2 hour of sleep could help you out, but some people really need their 8 hours on a consistent basis. I usually get 7-8 in addition to the epic naps.

I know that your suggestion is well intended Donna ( ), and it may work for some people, but why many people drink is complex, especially when Bipolar disorder is present to complicate matters.

Had a sandwich last night with killer daves bread!!!!!
It was hard it had been in the fridge so long so I put a lot of mayo on it and ham and cheese and spicy mustard and microwaved it, it turned out very moist and delicious! and very very fattening!

I had a good day, saw 5 people which is more than I really want to see because I am scheduling them at 830 am and I am not a morning person.
I prefer to start at 10 am. Even though I still get up at 7am the alarm is set for 8 am and it is nice waking up early and not hear the alarm go off.
now I have to get up with the alarm set at 7am.
sigh
anyway life is good.
I work tomorrow...will be a frustrating day.
I see a clients family member who is challenging.
Such is life.

actually did some stretching exercises in bed this morning for my hip.
Felt great! Why did I not do this before, gentle on my joints on the bed as opposed to on the floor with yoga.

I worked today saw 3 clients.
morning was fine, man cried again, felt sorry for him, alszhiemers wife I take care of her feet too. then this afternoon I spent nearly 2 hours doing a client who had awful feet. I should charge more. they should have tipped me.

For 2 days, I have been doing morning stretches for my hip on the bed.
Wow!
Doing them on the bed is SO MUCH NICER and comfortable then laying on the floor and doing them.
I actually used a pillow to rest my head on. I should look up more exercises to do.
It was enjoyable!!!!!!
Does anyone know any reason why I should not do exercises on my bed instead of the floor?
