Either naltrexone is working or a placebo effect, or maybe my cold. I have no desire to drink.
I have been taking it at noon with my other meds not using the sinclair method. I have taken it for 2 months I think. The sinclair method was too difficult to manage. I feel more stable on the zyprexa. bizi

 I'm glad that you slept well tho. I hope that you feel better soon I'm happy that the Zyprexa is working out so well for you  I hope that whatever is suppressing your desire to drink continues to work Writing out a med list for your husband is a good idea. Corey knows that I always keep a copy of mine in my wallet and it's on the desk top of my computer in case of emergencies. And when I was functionally blind because of medication side effects, he did have to fill my pill case for me, so having a medlist with only the generic names to match the pill bottles really helped. |

yesterday I pulled a muscle in my back on the left side when I was bending down on the floor washing my clients feet. slept on a heating pad and was able to sleep on my back! and not get that pain in my chest like usual.
I had a very long coughing spell in bed, it is exhausting. But this morning I feel better over all. Will see how I do today. bizi

my back muscle is much better.
I ate some really spicy food and had an allergic reaction. I coughed and coughed until I threw up in the bathroom at whole foods. It was terrible. My friend said she had some benadryl if I wanted to take it so I took one and it made me sleepy. getting ready to go to bed. I have to work tomorrow out of town.... its an oatmeal day! bizi

I am feeling better over all this morning though my voice is like a bass singer, gravelly.
my back muscles have calmed down and my hips feel fine this morning. So I am much better! Have a great day yall! bizi I can't believe the senate passed the tax bill....sigh

Got home from working out of town at 4;30 and we had dinner of chicken with indian spices/chick peas that was good along with half an avocado and a sparkling cranberry water. I need to drink more water! my phillips caplets are not working....I may have to take something to get going  After dinner we went to a musical show, lots of christmas songs performed as if it were a USO concert for soldiers. Very patriotic, I loved it! 5th day AF. bizi
