Bobby

See you are getting things to work again.

I think you get to worrying to soon for Pudge eating.
And I also think Pudge likes the attention of you worrying about
her eating. So just keep up the worrying about that. But not
so much worry about it. Because I think she likes the
attention you give during that.

I woke up with such a stomach ache from stress

mymorgy 02-13-2019 08:56 AM

I still have one but it is better. I am not as depressed. I think the antidepressant is helping a bit. I just have physical therapy this morning. I am making a conscious effort to keep apartment neater. Yesterday Marci gave me a 95 % rating.Yesterday I had an awful time on the phone with Zeynep. She repeats herself a lot about her all problems. Then she went to the movies with a friend and it was a sad movie. She started to try to talk about it and I stopped her and said I don't want to hear about sad movies and you know I suffer from depression. She sounded ticked. I only read books with happy endings.
Last night there was a group for people who live alone in the building. It was to help each other and have somebody call you each day to see if you are okay. Then there was something about each other helping for medical reasons or food shopping if you don't feel well. I get freshdirect which is a food delivery online
thingie. I can't really help anybody because I can hardly walk. cecilia said that she would take care of my cats if I went to the hospital or something. I am worried about everything. I will have to figure out how to replace the ink cartridge on my new computer when I get the cartridge. I am worried about Robert's changing me over to the new computer with all its files and being hooked up to my own wifi and modem and phone. I am worried about how the new psychiatrist will go.I am worried about what to eat since my stomach has been bothering me so much and I don't feel like having veggie burgers which meals on wheels brings to me now. I think I will have oatmeal.

oatmeal is good, should be easy on your stomach.
Getting a new computer is always stressful.

Do you eat yogurt? If you do see if you can find one that helps
your stomach feel better at least for a small amount of time.

I have found that the chill form ones, are helping mine when it
starts getting irritated. Which I have to go get some more because
I used my last one yesterday.

Also I use the oatmeal for this too. I use the brown sugar one, because
I like that one. But I also like just the regular oatmeal.

I used to find that pudding and jello would help my stomach also. Just
in small amounts though.

I'm so glad that you were able to get into your checking account... that must have been a HUGE relief! :)

And I'm happy that you saw Pudge eating. I agree with Donna. You should try not to focus on that too much.

I have been waking up with nausea and an upset stomach every morning lately, too. Drinking apple juice or a Coke (along with my coffee) has been helping, but I have not been eating during the day. I know that I should be trying the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) diet, but I haven't been- except some rice, which went down well yesterday afternoon.

I think that the people in the support group in your building understand that not everybody can do certain things because they're handicapped, and won't expect you to do many things. I hope that the group ends up being helpful and you end up making some new friends :hug::hug:

I did forget I've been eating a banana at least a day for weeks
now. I am not sure why. Its just tasted good.

I was disappointed my yogurt wasn't at the dollar general so
I'm having to wait till they get the delivery probably tomorrow
or friday. But that is my life.
