I am obsessing.I have a hard time pressing on her button and having the door ready to open. I think I will tell her that when she calls me. I can't stop obsessing.

I have heard good things about Lexapro, too. My old friend who suffered from depression, anxiety, and a shopping addiction took it, and it helped her. Not cured her, but helped her.

I have looked into those ride programs here. They want a lot of notice in advance, and they are unreliable. There are other, better options- at least in Massachusetts, if you get assistance from the state.
You can ask at the pdoc's office if they have a social worker there who can help look into that for you. Or maybe they can refer you to a social worker somewhere else because you can benefit from the assistance. You should not have to figure all this s- out for yourself :hug::hug:

I'm so sorry that you are having such a hard time right now, Bobby. I wish that you weren't feeling so scared and alone, and your past wasn't still haunting you :hug::hug:

I do like your new pdoc's approach so far. I am optimistic that she can help you :hug::hug:

I have a case worker and that is all there is. I had a stomach ache most of the night and then a lot of itching. I don't think it is from the new antidepressant I have been on for almost two months. I think it is stress.I had yogurt and a couple of bananas yesterday and still got the stomach ache. I think I am going to switch to eggs. I really did have trouble getting into the doctor's office. I had to keep on pushing the buzzer before it worked. I had a little white wine for anxiety which helped a little. My anxiety is still through the roof. She took my blood pressure and pulse yesterday and it was 165 and 95 and the pulse was 108. Last night I took gas-x, an antacid and an antihistaimine. I am going down stairs soon to pick up the lexapro antihistamine which is a prescription one.

Bobby

Good luck with the medications. If this was the pdoc you had
trouble getting into. Can you see if you give them like a phone
call when you get there if someone would come make sure you
can get in. I don't know if that would work but you might check
on that.

my anxiety is going down with the antihistamines. I am also tired. I had to do something on ebay and then was tempted but didn't look at anything so I controlled myself. I asked cecilia if she wanted to go back to finnegans but she said not this weekend.

Good job Bobby

The antihistime sp? should make you tired for sure. I hope it helps.
It might also help with the itching if I remember right.

sedation is a side effect of anti histamines. more people take benadryl for its sedative effects. It is the pm part of tylenol pm or advil pm.
