I finally woke without a stomach ache. during the night when I couldn't sleep I was depressed.

yesterday I had the worse stomach ache. I went to bed at six. It is stress. I don't know if her anxiety solution is working. I feel such anxiety. Robert sent me an email to start working on the computer transfer and I didn't see the message til later. I wrote him about my stomach ache. I am just so worried about everything and now keep on telling myself I have to have faith. just saw that robert is coming over today. just bought some ginger chews for my stomach

I am using the new computer right now. More stress. I have to enter passwords. bipolar forum has its own icon.

Computers are getting simpler to use to do basic stuff. I am glad that robert is there to help you.
