I hope that Robert was helpful when he came over.

I find computer stuff stressful - -- I wish I could keep everything the
same because doing the changes can feel like too much.

I'm sorry you are so stressed out, Bobby :hug::hug:

I agree with Donna... once you've had time to get used to your computer, you'll probably love it. Meanwhile, I wish you luck with the bumps in the road :hug::hug:

How is your stomach this morning? Did the ginger chews help at all?

hOw long have you been having this stomach ache?
I wonder if this is a new symptom of stress?

Have you tried over the counter meds.
Is anything helping at all?
I am thinking something with symthicon(not sure how to spell that) like pepto bismol, or gas ex, or talk with your doctor about prescribing some karafate. I think that is used for stomach issues.
Could it be diet related? any changes there?

I am sorry for the upset stomach.
What are you doing to help? Are you going to the doctor for it yet?

it is all stress related. I am not eating that much and only having one cup of coffee. I just ordered some alka seltzer. I have antacids and rolaids and gaviscon.

I'm so sorry you are still having stomach problems, Bobby :hug::hug:
I think you should go see your doctor. Even if your stomach problems are from stress, they can cause physical problems. And stress can make a medical problem, like acid reflux, worse.

Are you having any nausea after eating, upper abdominal pain, bloating, burping or regurgitation? Those are some of the symptoms of acid reflux, and if you have them, a prescription med might be best for you. IDK. I take Protonix.

I hope you feel better soon :hug::hug:

my first appointment for new gp is march 20th. I can't get an earlier appt.there is just some bloating and gas. rightnowgeting used to this new computer is very stressful for me. tomorrow I see the new psychiatrist which is also quite stressful and I have trouble buzzing myself in. which is stressful and I am using a credit card for the cab and am still not used to that which is stressful. My new anxiety pill isn't really working and I am weaning on doctor's order myself from klonopin. My new computer is also stressful getting used to it. It won't allow me to use from old windows office saw I can't read documents.

mymorgy 02-20-2019 11:33 AM

I just downloaded officelibre from a safe site. it said it had no ads or viruses.
here is hoping. I am going to try to read now before my p.t. comes. my anxiety is sky high
