I like Rain's idea. I believe it was the same type things my mom used
to do. I really wish Derrick's dog Doby would do that with tennis
balls, he is obsessed with pillows right now. He loves playing with stuffed
animals and we keep cheap ones he can take the stuffing out of. Not good idea I realize. Not more so than this week, he has torn two of my pillows, One
I just replaced with a new one from Dollar General, and I got home the next
morning from taking Derrick to work and he had torn that one too.

Ugh, so now I got a really big one that I just keep an really good eye on. And
we bought him and the other two dogs a new one, they were buy one get one
free so really cheap.
Guessing its because Derrick is going back to work this week. Not sure.

But he will stop this or stay in the cage when I take Derrick to work.
And I don't think he would like that either.

oh dear. i gave cecilia's dog prince a stuffed toy with a duck sound. he destroyed it in less than ten minutes. they are really funny. my dogs were litter mates and didn't destroy anything. they played so much together.

I forgot. Abby my cat is so destructive. I had to throw out a couch and I should throw out a recliner and she has ruined an expensive screen that I have had for over thirty years. Pumpkins destroyed my favorite couch

am trying to make an appointment with g.i. doctor. His website said the only appointment was aug 30 at 4. He will probably give me an endoscopy. When I was taking all those Phillips I didn't have the gas or occasional nausea. I don't want to leave the apartment or get out of bed except for the internet. I just feel awful. I was up most of the night. the magnesium citrate didn't work that I took in the afternoon. As usual I haven't been getting much sleep. My kitty cats have been giving me comfort big time. Pudge has been lying next to me all night. Abby visits.
I don't think I am supposed to have lactose and my laxative contains it.

I know you probably did research on the kava kava product you are taking but, if you don't mind, I would like more info about the kava kava you are taking please. It has been shown to cause liver problems if it is not of the highest quality and processed/manufactured correctly. Sorry this is my pharmaceutical research experience coming out. Bobby. The FDA does note that kava kava has been associated with rare, but severe liver problems. You must discuss this with your physician as those who drink or are on medications may be at higher risk. Please know that I am not trying to tell you what to do but please be safe with "dietary supplements". I have seen interactions that are considered to be rare, but they do happen. Plus your age does impact your livers ability to process chemicals.

Most people say it takes two weeks to a month to feel real benefits while some said they felt better that day. May be placebo effect. Few clinical trial data are available but I will look further.

i bought so many books yesterday. I have to stop but I am out of control. I woke up as usual with stomach ache. Can't wait to see the doctor. It didn't work out with the smartphone. I am sure robert needed to read the directions and he didn't. He even neglected to see that a smart card was included but only when he was packing it away. He didn't unlock the phone. I am going to try to get my 141 dollars back but I bet I won't. Now I no longer want a cellphone. It is too much stress.
rode the bike for six minutes yesterday and hope I can get myself to do it today My body hurts besides my stomach. Listened the Josh Groban all night. I am so sad. road the bike again for six minutes and no longer have stomach ache.

August 30th is not that far away. Even so, I know that you have been suffering with the pain for too long...I hope you will take the appointment.

Robert was so wonderful. He spent over two hours on it. He even put a beautiful picture of Pudge on the front. He took pictures of Danny and Abby. Abby came out so well. There was hissing for a little but nobody got hurt. Danny was on a leash the whole time. I only made one phone call to myself and answered one call from Robert. I will have to practice because I don't know what I am doing.
Then my back got really stiff from all the sitting. Then when I laid on the bed at first I couldn't get up. It was so scary. And later I had to go to the bathroom and I didn't think I could make it. This morning it was much better. Last night I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get to the dentist.
Then I had nightmares all night. I needed to get a job and I didn't have any money. I was lost. Then I didn't have my cats. They were so awful.
Then I finally got on the scale and saw that I gained five pounds so I am at my heaviest now. I can't stop eating and don't know what to do. I am so frightened. It is making me harder to walk.Then I think my ac bill will be 400 dollars at least.
I just feel so awful and alone.

lately I never feel full. How do you help yourself? Are you a compulsive eater?
I sometimes am and don't know what triggers it. Yesterday I had two pints of ice cream and five bananas besides salad and macaroni and cheese that came with meals on wheels. I have to stop the ice cream. I just bid for more books.

I gained all of this weight drinking fattening beers.

Weighed 188.7 this morning. This 50 pounds did not come on over night and will take a while coming off. I just need to be patient. Every time we eat we make a choice. I have some diet fudge pops in the freezer right now if I get the urge for something sweet. They have 40 calories for the pop.The only snacks I do is almonds but they are high calorie and have to limit them. I chew gum when I am snacky and drink stevia sweetened soft drinks. I like the cream soda and the ginger root beer. I have lite pop corn if I get a real craving.
I don't buy ice cream because I would eat it!

thanks so much for the suggestions. maybe i should buy an air popper pop corn maker. the laxative I take has a sweet taste and I wonder if that also makes me crave food right now.

I think that is an wonderful Idea for you to try. I have found that
popcorn is good for you when you want to lose weight. I have not
had any for a while. I will be taking some with Derrick and I on
our trip next week. We always do.

I just can't seem to figure out why I'm gaining, it goes on then off
and on again. I am really baffled with what is going on with me.
And I don't weigh daily or anything. So its odd.

I wonder if you tried drinking dandelion tea. It is supposedly has diuretic properties. I ate so much today. Finally I don't feel so anxious so maybe I won't eat as much tomorrow, I have gained the weight from eating because of anxiety.

it looks as if i gained another pound. eeks. I wear black leggings that stretch so they still fit.I just took two aspirin for my back and legs. Yesterday I walked two and a half blocks to the dentist and that really did me in, especially since I was in bad shape from the night before when I sat in a chair for two hours.
I took a cab yesterday home. I had to have the doorman get my mail. I couldn't walk there. It was close. I gave him ten dollars for being so kind.
I have to send two letters today but now I have to use the cane to go downstairs. My anxiety is finally better. Hopefully I won't eat that much. I am reading a great book.

I don't understand what is happening. I haven't been having kiwis lately but my stomach problems happened way before that. Do you think it could be the laxative I am on now?It doesn't work that great but it works. If my stomach hasn't bothered me in two days what should I tell him? If I drink a lot of water can I lose weight doing that?

I bought a substitute for salt and butter sprinkles that have no calories for the popcorn. I figured I would get bored with plain popcorn.

I think you need to start keeping an diary with the issues you
have at the time you have it.

So even when its good. You can show the differences. That way
he can see if its a pattern and maybe help you figure it out.

again my eating was out of control and at eleven I ate eggplant parmigiano.
I ate two cans of chickpeas and snap peas earlier and two cans of soup.. I wonder if I can just tell the g.i. doctor that I suffer from bad depression and anxiety and over eat often and could be that the reason for my stomach discomfort. It bothered me again this morning. I am sort of frustrated when I read now. I really need to wear my reading glasses and they are uncomfortable. I know my spending is because of my depression, I hardly see Zeynep because she knows what a hard time I have walking and need to use a cab and I worry about expenses. I use this organization to have volunteers take me to doctors' appointments and the religious classes. I think I am going to try to get Shabbos meals, I think I also want to try to get a volunteer to visit me once a week. I don't know if they will accept me because I am bipolar. I don't know what age group I want the volunteer to come from.
My apartment is so messy because of all the pills and supplements and books but Marci cleans it twice a week. A social worker would first come and visit me to evaluate me.This is where I got the Rabbi I adored. I have to call to see if I get another one. Jordan told me I would get another one.
I think my isolation is making everything so worse.everything was so black when I woke up this morning.
