i just spoke with my new pastoral intern. she will be a rabbi in a year. she sounds so nice and has a beautiful voice. we will speak every monday.
i am in a good mood.
also figured out this morning what to eat for my diabetes and to lose weight.
i forgot if i mentioned i had 1 1/2 pies. so out of control.
now reading a candy book-historical romantic novel.

I need to desperately lose weight is up 5 pounds over the last 2 months.

i haven't made a decision. where did you get that from? i will wait. i really like my new therapist. she said it might be a good idea not to order food when i am depressed. she also suggested when somebody gets me irritated to make myself scare and protect myself. she keeps how stressing that i have to take care of myself. she is so upbeat. she loves animals too.
i hope you can control your eating and drinking.. do you know what is triggering it?

I only had less than 2 beers today, am going to see

if I can control my self and not have any gin and tonics.
I have been having heart burn really bad every night.
we will see how that goes.

i had another great session with my other therapist.I old him i had one and a half pies this weekend because i was really depressed. he said id they make you feel better and i said yes. he said that maybe once a month i should get one.he said after a very long time he finally got ice cream with crushed heath bars and so enjoyed it.
proceeded to tell him that i figured out why i kept on seeing my sister rotting in her coffin and jus realized that i hate my sister and mother because there so cruel to me. he said that was fine. he said that if i destroyed their tombs that wouldn't be good and it would go against judaism. he said again that in the ten commandments he said that to honor your parents just refers to their giving you birth. he knows a lot about judaism. i kept on asking him questions and he came up with thoughtful answers.

i was shocked.aaron called and he said he would call on friday. since is wife just came last friday i thought he would be to busy to call.
