i had another wretched day. i did enjoy watching pudge eat when i refilled her container. i started a book i was enjoying but too depressed to continue. i am thrilled that i haven't been needing the ac and spending money.. started a diet mostly beef and gefilte fish.it might work.
i usually listen to soft rock every night. i fought with an a@@hole friend who knows it all and of course won't have the vaccine and sent me a couple of letters saying the most disgusting things about fauci. she can be kind and that is why i haven't dropped her.

you can eat avocados if you like them. they are high in the good kind of fat and taste delicious! Have you thought about trying the keto diet?
if all you eat is beef and fish won't you get tired of that really quickly?

Do you eat bacon? or pork chops? or eggs? bacon and eggs can be cooked in a microwave.
you can steam brocolli in the microwave and it is so good for you, raw you can dip it into ranch dressing. yum! the ranch dressing has 0 carbs if that is what you are shooting for. In the keto diet you get to have 20 carbs mostly from veggies. you get to eat meat, fats, eggs and some veggies.It is easy if you like the same foods. There are recipes on the web.

I wake up depressed each morning also (or most mornings). I hate it when I catastrophize. I try not to... I step on those thoughts as if they are a snake

It's great that you haven't been on ebay and that you've been walking holding on to nothing.

I also have a cat allergy (and to a lot of other things)

i think it was 26 ounces. and two pints of hagaan daz. just got off the phone with my social worker who kept on repeating that i had to show compassion and caring for needs and put the above the other person. i shouldn't seek revenge but don't do things that wind up hurting myself.

i like him too. i have to wait two weeks to see him. i am upset about that. now i no longer speak to brittany or that Rabbi.
dorot will give another rabbi and intern therapist in the fall. I also didn't hear from Aaron but his family is visiting so I think i will hear from him when he has time. he is a volunteer from dorot. this summer i still have two classes a week with a rabbi i really like and lectures on psalms once a week from a rabbi who i have never had before and who i really like.
i was depressed most of the night but this morning aby came and played with me and before pudge slept next to me a little.
the falls and the pandemic have made things so much worse. i started taking propolis for my ibs and i think it is helping my stomach aches.
going to try to start reading shortly and hopefully that may take away my depression and anxiety.

Glad to hear your stomach might be better. We all get those
bad times though so we just enjoy when its good. I personally
think its great Aby came to play and that helped. Maybe she
sensed you needed to play.
