you know i catastrophize. i told my therapist how much money i had and what i get and most of my expenses. i don't know how much the ac costs.
i threw out a number that i would live to 84 and he did some calculations and said there was no need for me to worry. my other therapist also told me there was no need for me to worry because there are so many safety nets if i were to need them. love bobby |
I'm sorry Bobby
I have money in the market kind of. I don't like worrying about it going up and down. But I like it going up. So what I did was, We were allowed to have a 100% not lose money, by just no loss. So that is what I'm doing. Just stays same or goes up. Now I personally like that. I either stay same or make money. Donna :grouphug::hug: |

it doesn't sound possible that if you own stocks you are guaranteed not to lose money. yesterday the dow was down 751 points

To stay comfortable and save money this summer, the U.S. Department of Energy recommends setting your thermostat to 78F (26C) when you are home. Setting your air conditioner to this level will allow you to stay cool and avoid an unusually high electricity bill.
that i found interesting. i have been so worried about my electrical bill and have been setting my ac to 68. i hope they are right. still woke up very depressed but i think it is lifting. i am trying to read a book on ecology by timothy morton. he is an unusual writer. |
