thanks so much. I don't think my doctor will might i am going to ask him for a higher dose of antidepressant. this isn't fun.

my depression and stomach ache aren't going away. i don't feel like listening to music or tv and am having difficulty reading. i tried to fall asleep but i couldn't. at least i took a bath when i got up.

thanks so much. i read up on aplenzin and there is a higher dose but i don't think he is going to increase it. I am going to start using essential oils. i read that three drops of lavender essential oil works as well for anxiety as ativan.
i am definitely getting jealous of people who don't get depressed or have ibs.
I have written before that my former psychiatrist said if I had grow up in a different family my bipolar wouldn't be this bad. i started with the ibs after my best friend suri died over a year and a half ago. I am on a ibs forum. most of the world has things much rougher than me. i also feel so guilty and weak.
