Glad to hear your stomach might be better. We all get those
bad times though so we just enjoy when its good. I personally
think its great Aby came to play and that helped. Maybe she
sensed you needed to play.

my bipolar is now totally in control. i am so terrified. i sent robert an email a couple of days ago. then i sent him two more. the last one i just asked if he were okay. he has just had one dose of the vaccine and should get one another at the end of the month. i am so dependent on him. he helps me with everything, even taking the cat to the groomer or vet. he has helped me so much with the computer and ooma and my cellphone.
i am so dependent on my computer. i order my food from it besides other things. i have so much trouble walking after the last fall. i just feel so helpless.i am having very bad thoughts. i have to wait two weeks to speak with my therapist.
i keep on checking my email.

i just called robert but got his answering machine.

i just got an email from robert and he and danny are fine. the city is doing construction and it screwed up his internet. i wrote him how worried i was and that i was terrified of GOD which prevents me from doing something really stupid and that i hate being bipolar. it can bring on so much agony.
