my mood keeps on changing. right i am up but in the early hours i was so depressed. i was so negative. i started telling myself that after i have cataract surgery it will be much easier to read and gradually my walking is getting better. i am going to start experimenting with my diet to help my ibs. i am going to try to assert myself more and keep on reminding myself that this to will pass. i have screwed my life so much and continue to. i can't seem to control myself..my moods are too much.
i am watching too much news again.

Another 12-week study found that 59% of people who consumed 7–8 grams of oat bran daily were able to stop taking laxatives — as oat bran was just as effective at relieving constipation ( 26 ). Summary Oat bran is high in both soluble and insoluble fiber, which may help relieve constipation and support bowel health.Mar 5, 20

I eat as much bran flakes as I can to help keep my constipation under
control. It really has helped me. Its a real problem if I don't get at least
a box a week but I try to get at least two boxes a week.

I have taken Derrick back and his ears are good. We hope it wont come
back. But his new doctor is open to prescribing if needed without seeing
if necessary. Which I'm glad because its not always easy to get in right away.

And I'd rather him see him than urgent care.

that is great about Derrick and his doctor. Maybe I should get bran flakes besides oat bran.
Marci worked so hard yesterday and accomplished so very much. When she came I was on the phone taking a survey with Dorot so she had to wait about six minutes before she could sign in. She didn't complain. she noticed that clothes were gone and i said i threw them out. she didn't say anything.
i have it seems more pain walking. there is pain on my side. i will start taking tylanol again and see if that helps. i am fearful. i am so scared about how my electrical bill this month.

All his life, Branson had been thought “dyslexic and a dunce” by the educators who taught him. ... On the way out, his headmaster told Branson, “You will either go to prison or become a millionaire.” The headmaster was almost right on both counts.

Make sure you walk at least every two hours. Even if its just around your room.
And yes take some tylenol try taking it every 4 hours at first to see if it
helps. I am not sure it will matter if you buy oat or bran flakes. I just haven't
found a different bran I like yet. So I stick with what I like.

Now if you have pain in your side. That I can't say what is. But the tylenol
will hopefully help. It could be many things, just old age though is my
guess.

i do walk around my apartment at least ever two hours. the pain didn't til lately after the last fall. i didn't take my usual laxative last night but took a tablespoon of oat bran. i don't know it was a coincidence but i really went. let's see what happens tomorrow.
i had the most wonderful therapy session this morning with my young therapist. i felt so comforted. she told me that there were so many resources in ny for people 60 and above and dorot has a huge network of volunteers. it is okay that i don't have a family and i don't have to worry about running out of money.

I'm glad the tylenol is working. Keep it going, until you get it under control.

I started at 4 hours and started stretching it to 5 then 6. And on.
