last night i talked for an hour with sam, my volunteer and the time flew by.
I told him to get to a Rabbi who is old and wise and who could help free him get rid of his guilt about his bipolar2 mother. He does go to weekly therapy. He really knows how bad bipolar 2 is and he told me I should feel so proud of myself for dealing with it and I told him I couldn't. I told him that my therapist told that me that honoring your parents only meant for giving you life. oops I looked later

might give the geodon another month to let you stabilize
your need for food. Before doing that. To see if you slow
down your need or want for food.

Thanks for the great advice. I haven't heard back from her . I was on the phone for a while and her office called me but didn't a message.

I don't know what kind of store you would have that might have it.
But we have a store called dollar general that has chicken salad in
a can. That is really good. I even put relish in it and just use it in
a bowl to eat with out bread. When it comes to egg salad.

I know Derrick buys boiled eggs at the grocery store, not sure if
you can get them delivered but you could find out. This would
take care of the need to boil eggs and make the egg salad.
Bobby, the other thing would be to have Marci make you some
boiled eggs one of her days a week. It wouldn't take that much
time to put some on and do that and clean at the same time.

Tuna fish salad, you would just need mayo or something like that
to put in the tuna.

I don't have a store like that. If I order tuna salad it is about 10 or 11 dollars a pound. Egg salad is about 7 dollars a pound. I think that is a lot of money. Marci does do the eggs when I ask. I'll ask on Monday.
I got on the scale and gained 5 pounds in two weeks. The psychiatric nurse practitioner said to monitor my weight. I weighed myself after the phone call
and left her aa message about the weight gain.
Got a call from p.t. agency who comes to the home. Geodon made me do it.
