Default Too much......

Don't know what to do about it either.

I am hitting my break point allready and it's not even March. Damn.

Nearly walked out of here yesterday. Called my husband first and he helped me be rational. (Well, he actually told me I could walk...lol. He's so cute.) There is just too much work and too much stress.

So, I have upped my meds. I have been taking less than prescribed of the mood stablizer cause it makes me a little ill. But I will go up on that and take the valum like the pdoc intended. I know, I said I was gonna do that last month, but I am so tired.

I will talk to my manager here and tell him things need to change and then I will talk to the main boss and tell him I can't do his accounting any more.

Then I will see if I still have a job.

Help.

I prayed to God for the first time in a long time. I feel that what will be, will be. But is got me through yesterday, that's for sure.

I hate this ****. Somebody give me my mind back please!

Mrs. Bear,

I can imagine what you must be going through. Can you ask your boss to give you another job that would be less stressful? Of course it could mean a pay cut. I hate to see you like this.

Dear Mrs. Bear,

Your husband sounds wonderful.

You are going to be ok. Talk to those people and work something out that is more reasonable. They need you and will do whatever they can to accomodate you.

M.

Mari is right on the money.
They need you but you don't need that kind of stress...
and it is affecting your health.

Heart

Sorry you're going through this now, ((((((Mrs. Bear)))))). Especially at this time of the year. It does make the upcoming year look like it's gonna be OBSCENELY LONG, doesn't it

Sometimes, though, when we don't pay attention to our BEST INTERESTS, The Universe will step in and start whacking us upside the head because we're just NOT getting it the "normal way"

You might want to investigate Mondo Beyondo. It's still early. You have time to do it now. The start of the new year is a good time to look at the past year and its faults and foibles but also to take a look at your life now and visualize where you want to go and what you want to be.

I know ABSOLUTELY you are not someone who wants to have to medicate herself to fit in with a bunch of ****-heads

Hugs.

Barb

Thank you all for your reassurances. I am doing ok. So far no naseau or dizzy's from upping the meds. Just floaty. And my mood is stabilizing. Just a little panic attack from driving in the snow storm this morning. lol/no suprise there.

I had a really good talk with our manager here. He is hysterical. He is just as ****** about the situation as I am and has similar feelings. He is 2 years and about 2 or 3 hours younger than I am to the day, so we really think alike.

He asked me why I am still doing all of this accounting. lol. He knows I keep telling people no, so he can't understand why it's still my problem. So he is going to take it out of my hands. I just have one deposit to find and it's ready to be shoved away.

Thank you for letting me scream.

The accident? Maybe. More likely you guys holding my hand and prompting me when I need it. Especially you, Mymorgy. You are very good at pinning me to the matt when I need you to.

I am learning my new mind and my new chemistry. I am starting to see my own mood swings and hopefully will be able to stop the hypo manic and mixed states before they are out of control.

I can do it for Wes, but now I need to do it for me too.

I really love you guys. No Bud Light involved here. Truly, madly, deeply.

Hi,
I am a bit late here, but Kudo's for you! Your husband sounds so understanding and thoughtful.
I am glad you talked to your boss and got things smoothed out
and streamlined.
That kind of stress can do anyone in.
Glad things are better!

Lots of Nikko

Heart dunno what to say

feeling weird right now... read this thread... feel for you.

want to give you a big "bear hug"

ok that's not quite a bear, but... use your imagination?

i'm thinking of you and hoping your bosses respond positively. you are super for being proactive about the work situation. sometimes need to take the bull by the horns; sounds like this is one of those times. Good for you!

keep taking care of yourself

~ waves ~ wishing you positive changes in this new year
