keeping the valium in my system seems to keep me ok. I still race in my head, but the out of control feeling is gone with the panic. Of course the pdoc is on vacation and his machine is full. sigh. Isn't that the way it goes?

Stress at work is minimal, stress about the boys is moderate. I think the trigger is hormonal migraine last week, my shoulder went out Sunday, had to have some trigger points done, but still in moderate pain constantly, and trying to deal with the school district and a million doctors, still work and keep the boys meds going......ah well you can see the stress level.

I have had a headache / headache since the migraine last week. So wouldn't suprise me if it had the biggest part in the trigger.

Con IS getting better. It's just so slow and scarey. I am trying to keep positive but its hard. I don't know if I said anything cause medical stuff can be really triggery but Con was just diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and has been out of school since January in a horrible flare. He's on imunne suppressants and anti biotics and anti inflamatories. You name it. I worry alot cause he was bleeding at one time and his blood count has dropped significantly. And his blood sugar is up. BUT we have his thyroid under control. (see, there is something good!)

With Wes just coming out of Uni, I think I just hit a point where it is all too much.

I am much better than yesterday, I promise. It's just so scarey to have all of those thoughts and feeling switching around so quickly. Feels like one is absolutely insane.
