all i can think about for this whole weekend is how last labor day i was at mikes sister in laws house and we were all hanging out,and thinking about him doingthat this year and me not being there kills.

I had my first class this morning. It went really well. I knew one of the kids in y class, and I saw two girls I knew walking between classes.

I need to figure out about my student ID, planner and books (still havent gotten them).

I had been wondering how your weekend had gone, holidays are tough when we are in transition from a life altering experiance. Whether, home, job, loved ones.

School sounds exciting, my critical thinking class drove me up the slippery slope theories. YIKES I thought it would be a peace of cake, good common sense.....NOOooooooo, all that reasoning behind every word of every sentence was a new experiance for my tired old braing at the time.

You are really going to excell in the writing class and the critical thinking will be useful there.

My Katie just started cyber charter school yesterday and the program is great. THe un-stress from not going to school and being bullies has brought her into an artistic person :eek: At the Exhibit for the photography club she came out dressed like a Bohemian love peace hippie, part Disney Princess/pirate LOL.
Her hair was all done up with a tiara that had a pirate skull in it. :rolleyes:
She had on about 20 bangle bracelts, long calf length skirt, Blk top with a scarf around the waist and enough makeup to look like a ummm, well bright red lips stick and eyeliner I would never wear. But her artistic expression came out.;)

Oh and I forgot about the red feather fan.......OMG what an experiance, the shy quiet plain jane, into this pirate princess.,
But at least she left the home without a panic attack!

I'm sitting in the hallwayoutside my next class right now typing this on my laptop. I'm having issues with the internet communication interface that the school has (its called blackboard teachers post assignments on it so you can check it)

i finally figured out how to connect to the internet here so thats good, I'm on that empty space between the bio lab and bio lecture. i have no cash and havent gotten my bank card yet or else i would have eaten something.

i really wanna get a wholesale club membership so i can go and get like, ttons and tons of little bags of chips, and bottled water in bulk cuz i wanna bring food so i dont need to travel all over and waste gas.

still no books. i NEED them tonight or im screwed cuz I have work in someof them due tomorrow. im telling dad were going out tonight we have to.

thank you all for your kind words and support with this new situation going on. it really helps to know i have people on my side :hug:

Dear Meg,

You'll get a the hang of Blackboard quickly. I can tell that you learn stuff on the computers easily.

Everyone else at school is going through an adjustment period right now -- including the staff and faculty.
In another week or two all of you all will be settled into a routine.
I hope that you settle in quickly and start feeling right at home with the new environment and new ways to get through the day.
