Ask him! I doubt he'd have any problem at all with you taping them!

Dear Bobby,
I guess it helps that you can remember and think back to how you feel sitting with him in the office.

It does help thinking how I feel when I am sitting with him. I think just being in his presence gives me strength. I am still hypo. I am not sliding down this morning. I watched CNN most of the night. Yesterday I was so tired I couldn't read which usually calms me down. I hope i don't crash but I don't think I will. Yesterday I took extra risperdal. If I don't calm down today I will do the same tomorrow and maybe extra topamax and extra klonopin. I don't know what else to do. The stock market is making me hyper and fascinated and of course politics. I can't shut them out of my mind.

Default absentee ballot

Bobby,
How did the extra Risperdal work?

Man, that stock market is a wild ride.
I wonder if stock brokers are manic most of the time.

I think about the stupid election all the time -- even find myself going to the sites with the most recent polling data about who is ahead. And I do this even though it is useless to know what the polls say right now. And even though I know that this increases my anxiety.
Actually, maybe it does not increase my anxiety. Maybe it helps for the moment to check the polling data. Still, I wish I could break the habit.
I applied on-line for an absentee ballot -- I don't know if you can do that in your state.
I am going to fill it out and send it in the first day that is allowed. I'm tired.
Also, I do not want to stress myself about getting to the polling site. I want to know that my vote is counted. And I don't trust those stupid computers --even if we did get new ones this year that have a paper trail.
We have tv and radio ads running all time here. It seems like each side wants to make the other have to spend money. (good strategy actually, but I am tired.)

And yes, I am deeply deeply concerned about the outcome. Hence the anxiety.

Craig Ferguson some nights does some funny things about the elections. He stays non-political about which side he is on but he is still funny about expressing frustration. He got his citizenship in Jan 08 so the election humor is brand new for him -- he used to stay away from any mention of politics. I'd love to see Obama on his show.

I think I'll go look for Jon Stewart on Youtube.

Thank you for thinking of me. I am sort of in trouble.
i am not sure if the risperdal worked. I have been napping rather than sleeping. I haven't been able to sleep for more than an hour or less than a time. I am worried about this. This morning I feel I might be slipping back into a depression but I hope not. I am so wound up. I just took all my medication. I took extra klonopin last night but it didn't work. I am afraid to take extra stuff this morning but I might later. I CAN'T TURN OFF MY MIND OR THE TV.

next tuesday. he wanted me off the prozac but then i was afraid i would slide into a depression. I don't know what he can do. Maybe I will be this way until the election is over and I hear about my apartment and the stock market settles down and the financial crisis gets resolved. I cannot tune these things out. I know the stress is unstablizing. .
