lol.....the trouble is that I find Obama so inspiring that I am sure if he were president he would add positive forces to my life and I could watch the news with eagerness. The whole country is in such a mess. everything is so intense that it is affecting my anxiety. My curiosity is getting the better of me and I keep on listening. I know I am being self destructive.

I agree. I love listening to him and watching him and truthfully, any dem would be fine by me.
I bought that last Enquirer and the last two People magazines because I want to know what is out there.
But I think I am going to try to cut out Nightline -- maybe only watch Charlie Rose and the other guy on PBS -- can't think of name right now.

i should watch charlie rose. I think i only watched once. today i watched cnn all day and got myself more and more upset. I had very bad thoughts but I wasn't depressed. I tried to fight them.

My pdoc wasn't worried about my very bad thoughts. The session was wonderful. He said the reason I never felt I deserved to feel joy was because of the harshness of my parents.
He told me not to worry about money. I told him I might have to start seeing him once a month. He said I can't do that and that I shouldn't budget by cutting back that way.
I felt so much love for him. That was the first time in over seven years I have seen him

thanks so much. He really is a blessing. Yesterday after I came back from the visit I had two negative shocks. I was so shocked that I started laughing hysteriously and felt free. I also felt such love for God even though I thought the news was dreadful. I realized that how much my money situation was affecting me. Then I had a fall out with a very close friend. I sort of understand it. I wasn't expecting it. Then another good friend dropped over with his super dog...the timing was amazing. We wound up talking or me listening to all sorts of things. I also called my very close friend four times.
This morning after hardly sleeping last night, I still feel Dr.Moussavian's influence on me. He is such a positive force in my life. I am blessed.

thanks...this morning i started slipping but told myself to think of good things..like the weather is really beautiful. I wish i could tape the sessions with dr m. and recapture the feelings. He really does give me strength.
