Default Depression again

Hello to everyone. I was diagnosed with BPII hypomania with mixed states in May of this year, just before my 40th birthday! Anyway I am on Depakote 1000mg and Sertraline 100mg (just upped from 50mg) daily.

There is a lot going on for me in my life right now which is pretty stressful. I have a 10 yr old autistic son and fighting for respite services here in the UK is a nightmare..........my husband and I seem to be constantly arguing and buckling under the strain of it all and the lack of time we have in our relationship. We also have a nearly 13 yr old daughter with all those hormones raging around!

The thing is I have no life. I just feel like a mother and carer. I am at home all day when kids are at school and am getting increasingly depressed. We are going for marriage counselling next week it has got that bad......we have been together 19 years. We have no family support and lack of friends due to how our son is.

I am so very tired but then I get anxious during the day, real anxiety. Do you think this could be due to upping the anti depressant 5 days ago?

Its good to be hear amongst you all and hope to help out when I feel a bit stronger to.
