Hello,
What are you up to?
How is everyone feeling?
I hope that people are doing well.

I relaxed on Friday -- did not even go out of the apt. It felt good. On Saturday I plan to get some major house cleaning done. Hubby has already started so I need to catch up with him.

This past week, I have increased my exercising a little. When I am exercising, other things in my life seem to fall into place better.

I hope that people here who posted about being in pain are doing better now. That is my wish.
I also desire that each of us who wants to be in a better place can look ahead to the new year with dreams and renewed hope that those dreams can be realized.

They say it is so beneficial for us both mentally and physically, yet why is it so hard for me to exercise?
This is the last 2 days of my vacation....meeting a girl friend for lunch at IHOP, I love their swedish pancakes.
Thank you for the post of emotional responcibility I like that web sight a lot. Not only are we accountable for our actions but also our emotions.
have a great day and don't work too hard cleaning...it feels good to clean as a team, at least it does at this house hold.

Well today we got back from our saturday outting and Jack was looking for a fight, and he got it. The worst we've had here in the new place. I yelled because I was so angry with him and he would not let up and stop pushing. He'd flung his Wendy's chili across the room onto the floor and I was enraged over that...I will not be buying him a lunch from our outings again, of which there are 3 more until I am moving out and moving in with my mom and step dad.

I hate that he's changed and become so hard to live with. There was a lot going on while Jackie was in the shower, and when he came out I wanted to STOP arguing but Jack just cannot shut up so i walked out. I am so fed up, I just can't stay here any longer. I had the phone in my hand to call mom, to come get me, but I didn't dial her number until later when I called to tell her one month, that's all I'm giving him. He better get a job and get his life together on his own. I have fed and clothed this man for the better part of Jackie's life out of our pathetic combined incomes and he's about as grateful as a stone.

He said, "I think I'm gonna like being single again..." the big JERK. Don't wupte me because I am gonna edit this out tomorrow.

I washed 2 loads of clothes today. I am still behind in clothes washing. I can not get motivated to clean today. I'm in a slump. I want to go to church in the morning so I'm going to make a big effort to go.

Thanks Beth, I know I can do this, I just have had my fill of being with Jack and can't take the violence with my son, he's gonna really hurt me if I stay. But more then that I haven't been happy for a long long time, and I hope that is about to change.

My weekend has been filled with boredom...

I have absolutely NO energy and have an I don't care attitude...

Nothing is getting done... nothing...

I can't even bring my self to do the every growing pile of laundry....good thing I have enough clean clothes to go for a while.

I bought my first I-Pod (thanks to Christmas $) this week though and it's been good to have the music I like with me.... I think it's keeping me from going nuts.
