I have a love/hate relationship with weather changes....

What I love watching... my body hates... I can usually tell about 48 hours ahead of a weather change.... as the barometier changes... RSD follows...

I haven't really tracked how weather changes affect my moods... will have to try to remember to maybe track these....

It was mostly sunny today.... around 80 degrees.... I stayed in the dark in my room...

Hope everyone is having a better day...

Abbie

The leaves are changing colors and it is raining. It is kind of dark outside and it is only 11:47 am.

I am having my coffee and I will be doing homework as well. Today is my day off thank goodness!
