me, in fall, i am more at risk for mania! it's like, some years when the leaves "turn bright colors" ... so do i... LOL.
i don't ever remember being depressed in fall, other than once when i was depressed for a whole year... ugh. spring i've had some real doozy downers though. that said, i don't follow a stable, predictable seasonal pattern like SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) or anything. i think there's some merit in the "change" theory... spring and fall are seasons of change... makes sense somehow. ~ waves ~ |
