Hi,
I left work early on Monday and fell asleep in front of the tv for 6 or 7 hours.
I need more sleep and should go to bed. Why do I wait until 5:30 am to take my sleep / night meds and start my bedtime rituals?
Somehow the bed is different from the couch -- anxiety about bed but not about couch.

Thanks for asking how my mom is.
She is doing fine. And is spending another night in the hospital. I personally think this is good. Not only for her but for two of my sisters who would be taking turns taking care of her. Then tomorrow they will decide if she goes home or not.

I am still struggling with the bronchitis but its been raining and really ugh here. So that may be part of the problem. I'm resting and sleeping as
much as I can.

I have a big inservice that is for all employees this weekend. And I am not wanting to miss it. So I've got to feel better even more soon.

btw,

i had a wonderful surprise last night. an old friend i'd not been in much touch with lately called me on the phone! so good it was to hear her! she sounds like a 16 year old... (and no she is not 16.)
