Thank you Waves.

Did you say coffee? I love my coffee but it doesn't like me.

I've been walking around the neighborhood today. When I move I'll be walking around the neighborhood across the street to avoid my next door neigbhor. The neighborhood across the street was my old nighborhood I lived in with my ex so that will feel funny.

I've got a headache now and I hope it doesn't ruin me being able to go see Bobby at the restuarant. I think that my blood pressure it up.

Unhappy awww

i'm sorry you're feelin' bad Barbara. hope that headache goes away. if it's your blood pressure though, walking should help. do you have one of those machines to check it yourself when you get back home? or maybe go to a drugstore if you have one nearby.

ironic you say coffee doesn't agree with you... it can actually help my headaches.

well anyway i hope you feel better. perhaps the walk will help. and then maybe resting a while after you get back home.

i'm playing mahjongg solitaire right now... gotta keep the brain trained at least, if not the body!

Thank you guys about the boil, it is smaller today so it must be reabsorbing...sorry if I grossed anyone out with my TMI.

Barb-I hope you get up the nerve to give bobby your phone number, you can always wait and see if he asks for it.

mari-hope you canrest today and possibly get to the beach this weekend.

waves-sending some luck positive energy that the welbutrin will help you with the depression that you have been suffering with. yeah I can see where a dirty floor would get to me if I went barefoot...but I don't and my floors are really bad. makes me feel like I should be wet swiffering them soon.

pammie, when does the trike get in? hopoe you are enjoying the pool! are you able to get a pass?

just wanted to send a hug to bobby, sweetie post when you are up to it.

Thank you Waves and Beth.

Bobby and I had the conversation of getting to know each other today at our hangout. We talked for over an hour. I gave him my phone number early on. I had it printed on a business card I made up last year. Bobby starred at the card for a long time like he was checking it out. He gave me a kiss on the neck today outside before he took off. When he came in there we hugged each other. Gosh, I think he likes me. I know I like him. Then my friend Phyllis came in to get her check. Phyllis is the one who is after Bobby too but he would not even look at her. She did not come over to talk to us. Bobby is 10 years older than me. He doesn't look that much older. I told him to call me later and he said he would. He has 2 horses up in the mountain where he lives. He has a creek on his property.

Oh gosh I hear you all,
Beth, after years of being a first responder, police, ambulance driver and needing the cert for work, I find the basic is best because, it is concise, a level that I do with out thinking.

All the extra material of the long courses, even a 4 hr is overwhelming for all these years.
The best thing for me, is not concentrating and hands on. Get up there, check the ABC and start doing it.

THe practice just enforces what is stored in the memory. I had waited several years until my last update for work. But as soon as I got hands on, it flowed back.

I sympathise with those that never had a course and how they are anxious., been there when I went through tthe police academy.
When things happen in the work place, social, church, or public, I don;t even need to think it just happens.

To all
I know how reading the post are nice. It is like a kitchen clatch during the day.

The talk of the beach, family coming home, reading about plans or relaxing.
Feels good. For lack of having a family attachment to keep up with I love reading about my family here.
We are having rain. No summer temps. only 4 days since Memorial day of no rain. The temps are 60's and lack of even a 75*

I live in my snuggie....
Fathers day we are going to Smokey Bones because it is going to rain all day,
AGAIN!!!!

Hi all
I've been lazy today. Not been feeling the best. I had a massage on
my legs that bruised them pretty good yesterday. But if I ever have
hope for them getting any better, and my being able to walk on them
without being a old woman then it was necessary.

I am doing okay. Derrick is at a birthday party and Dale will pick him up.
I was supposed to go also. But just to tired.

Not sure why but my blood pressure was down to 90 over 60 yesterday
I am going to have to figure it out.

Hey Mari, I am so sorry it turned out you have apnea, the machine will help, I just wish that they had done it all in one study for you. I was lucky enough that my PCP who wrote the RX for the sleep study asked for Eval and Treatment so they put the mask on me during the night and adjusted it to make it work properly. I wish I had said something about it sooner, I just haven't been up to my usual on the ball-ness since this year began due to the change in psyche meds.

I hope the second study is easier setting it later for you. Hang in there, we're all here for you.

As for me I had a nice time with Mom today but the contest was a bust and I had an AWFUL time yesterday I wrote about in the thread I posted earlier. I just want to give up on things with this behavior staffers. I just can't stand myself right now. Having a rought patch I guess. All I can think about is waiting for it to be bedtime. Sleep is my only escape anymore.

I am sorry for all of the emotional upset for you...it has been a rough couple of days. I know how tiring of the aides....feeling like they are not willing to work with your schedule for the summer. It doesn't seem fair.
I wish Jack were more of a comfort for you....maybe he is....

The trike will get in next week MAYBE the dates given are between the 25th and the 2nd. No pass to the pool yet, will happen at the beginning of next month IF it's going to happen. I really don't feel good at all since Friday and it's just been terrible emotionally. Thanks for caring Beth. Not winning the contest really bummed me out too. All that effort for nothing-except the risk of ridicule by people. I still have a feeling I ws laughed at by some people.
