re the time out when making long posts.....I posted on PD forum yesterday on this....the best way to avoid that is to check the "remember me" box when logging in to NT....that way you wont get logged out when the default time out happens

if you set you page theme from the main NT index page
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/index.php it should save. you can also save it in your User CP

I use the Spring theme too.........real easy on these ole eyes and I find it really tranquil
