what happens if you just plug in the adapter and skip the cd part?
anything?? new hardware found ?? ahh- check this service too-- [Dependencies What service Windows Installer needs to function properly: Remote Procedure Call (RPC) (H, M, P, T) ] http://www.blackviper.com/wiki/Windows_Installer this guy has a whole chart listed for services that need to be on or can be turned off to save some resources- I use the Safe list and it works nicely for me. you might want to check it out sometime- http://www.blackviper.com/2008/05/19...onfigurations/ what happens if you try to plug adapter into the new computer? with no cd.??
