How I get to the services section.
Settings Control Panel Administrative Tools Services mine is listed alphabetically scroll down to the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) mine is set to started & automatic while there double check the Windows Installer - mine is set to manual, but you could try setting it to automatic. to change these double click the name and a pop up will come up and make the changes there. then reboot and try the cd one more time??? back later errands to do...
